Dru Sandy: Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
A long-time group exercise enthusiast and years spent with a personal trainer sparked an interest to share my passion with others about fitness. I began teaching and training in 2003. I joined the RUN/SUP team in early 2015. It has been an incredible journey watching R/S thrive. I will be a forever student of fitness, and eager to learn more; always contributing to my own growth – as well as the RUN/SUP lifestyle brand.
